If you have not yet used the Thieves Cleaner, did you know it's actually the top selling product alongside Ningxia Red? Yup, not an oil, but a cleaner! And, there's a reason why! One bottle of Thieves Cleaner concentrate can be used to make about 100 bottles of cleaner! That's super cheap and long lastingggg!

LEARN MORE ABOUT THIEVES CLEANER

One of the best parts about the Thieves Household Cleaner is that it’s super concentrated so you can make the bottle last SO LONG! It’s plant-based with a punch! Just ONE bottle of Thieves cleaner is enough to make TWENTY-SEVEN 16oz spray bottles of household multi purpose cleaner!

DILUTION RATIOS
You can find more on the back of the bottle, but here are the main categories:
  • regular all-purpose cleaning: 1 part Thieves (1 cap full) to 30 parts water(about 3 cups.)
  • heavy duty cleaning and degreasing: 1 part Thieves to 15 parts water.
  • glass, windows and light cleaning: 1 part Thieves to 60 parts water.

THIEVES CLEANER HACKS:
THE BATHTUB: make a thick paste with Thieves household cleaner and baking soda (or mix your Thieves dishwasher detergent with Thieves cleaner--it makes an amazing paste!!). Apply to tub and scrub with a clean, soft cloth or sponge. Let sit 5 minutes and rinse clean.

THE FLOOR: mix 1/8 cup Thieves dish soap, 1/8 cup white vinegar, and 1 gallon warm water in a bucket. Use to mop floors. I love to add some pine essential oil or orange and lemongrass to my mixture as well for a lovely, fresh scent!

SINK AND COUNTER: combine 3 cups water and 1 capful Thieves household cleaner in a spray bottle. Spray surfaces liberally with solution and wipe clean.

MIRRORS AND GLASS: combine 3 cups water, 5 drops citrus fresh, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, and 1 capful Thieves household cleaner in a spray bottle. Spray mirrors liberally with solution and wipe clean with a lint-free cloth. It's amazing!! No streaks!

TOILET: combine 1 cup water and 1 capful Thieves household cleaner in a spray bottle. Spray toilet bowl liberally, let sit for 15 minutes, then scrub with a brush. Flush to rinse. Wipe down seat and out surfaces with Thieves wipes. And for a deeper clean, use the same paste as listed above under "bathtub."

TRASH CAN: pour 1-2 capfuls of Thieves household cleaner into trash can, fill with water, and let it sit for several hours. Pour out water and wipe dry. Put 3 drops citrus fresh or purification on a cotton ball and place at the bottom of trash can before replacing liner.

BATHROOM LINENS: launder regularly with Thieves laundry soap. Add 4-6 drops of Thieves or another favorite oil for an extra aroma boost.

WOOD CABINETS: combine 5 drops citrus fresh, 1/2 cup olive oil, and 1/2 capful Thieves household cleaner in a small bowl. Apply evenly to wood cabinets with a damp cloth.

Just being honest, while I love diy-ing, I mostly stick to the practical 1:30 part dilution!
